JOB DESCRIPTION
Skiltrek is looking for zure DevOps Engineer who has a strong background in software development, continuous integration and deployment, and automation. You will work closely with development/data engineering teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of software applications on the Azure cloud platform.

Your daily responsibilities include:

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Configure and manage Azure cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components

- Automate deployment and configuration of software applications using Azure tools like ARM templates and PowerShell scripts

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and deployment

- Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the availability and performance of software applications

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on infrastructure-related changes

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing processes and tools
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Azure cloud platform and DevOps practices

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab

- Strong scripting skills in YAML, Python, PowerShell, Bash or Python (*having experience with either YAML or Python is strongly preferred!)

- Previous experience building out and configuring PowerBI with Azure DevOps (this is a strong preference)

- Previous experience working with Terraform for building out CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of and experience working with Azure Logic Apps

- Experience with Azure services such as Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure App Services

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- Previous experience building out and configuring PowerBI with Azure DevOps (this is a strong preference)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
